We welcome up to one pet per home with a 35 lb. weight limit.
Monthly Pet Rent: $45/month for dogs · $35/month for cats (per pet)
Pet Deposit: Refundable · charged per pet
Breed Restrictions: The following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, and Karelian Bear Dog.
Exotic & Other Animals: Exotic animals are not permitted, including reptiles, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, birds, pigs, arachnids, piranhas, and other farm or poisonous animals.
Aquariums are permitted up to 5 gallons, must be located on the first floor, and require management approval.
